Overview

This gantry-type fully automatic flat surface tape-application machine supports standalone operation or integration with production lines, featuring automatic conveying, high-precision positioning, and automatic cut-to-length functions, with a tape-application head left-right adjustment range of up to 1.2m. The equipment application accuracy reaches ±0.01mm, with a speed of up to 15 pcs/min, capable of applying various materials such as double-sided tape, 3M tape, and high-temperature tape with a width of 1.5mm, and can hold products up to 1.2m long by vacuum. The equipment can achieve flat application without bubbles, automatically peel the backing paper, and reserve an easy-tear tab. In industries such as packaging, PCB/FPC, and electronic plastic shells, it helps customers significantly save labor and improve tape-application and production efficiency.
