Overview

This fully automatic flat surface tape-application machine adopts multi-axis linkage control and a vacuum adsorption worktable, equipped with a rotary tape-application head to achieve automatic tape feeding, tape application, tape cutting, and automatic peeling of the release liner. The equipment features a 600*600mm worktable, with an operating speed of up to 50cm/s and a tape-application accuracy of ±0.5mm. It is compatible with various specifications of tapes such as double-sided tape, 3M tape, and foam tape with a minimum width of 2mm. The machine cuts neatly and applies without bubbles, widely used in electronics, plastic shells, automotive interiors, and packaging industries.
