Vials, syringes and oral-liquid bottles that will not stand steadily are labeled lying down on the horizontal round bottle labeler at 100–200 pcs/min and ±1 mm; pharmaceutical and chemical bottles that stand upright go through the automatic positioning labeler at 30–60 pcs/min. Flat and square daily-chemical bottles, such as laundry detergent bottles, are labeled on both sides at once at 60–150 pcs/min. Soft pouches are separated from a stack by suction and labeled at 30–50 pcs/min, and the card-dispensing print-and-apply labeler applies a freshly printed QR code, barcode or date label to each carton or bag.
